Class A Investors
Class A investors are trusted investors of Rox Capital Group. We spin off startups that work towards filling a specific need that is not currently met in the market or that we foresee will not be met in the short to medium term future. We also design these startups such that they are symbiotic in nature with our existing or future investment plans. This helps us achieve synergies, cost efficiencies and economies of scale. We are presently working with a few local and foreign government entities and private industry leaders to build a landmark in Dubai on sustainability.
Class B Investors
Class B are investors who are investing with us for the first time. We regularly invest in mid to large size property purchases (AED 15M+). We are currently structuring a deal with a large conglomerate in UAE to purchase a fully occupied and high footfall mall.
